my first cupcakes were baked nearly 9 years ago, they were so flippin ugly but my goodness they tasted good!

How do you like to eat your cupcake

Admire it’s perfect pillow of buttercream, carefully peel back the wrapper, gaze at its divine balance of buttercream to base ratio… then take a massive bite. #swallowitwhole

Where did your passion for baking come from

I don't really have a passion for baking so much as a passion for cake! Looking at it, decorating it, sharing it, eating it! I have a passion for coming up with new flavour combinations.

First thing you ever baked

hmm… cupcakes? I bought ‘ Hello Cupcake’ and spent hours making baby bottles out of melted Fruit Bursts. It took so long I couldn't bring myself to eat them… but the ants sure enjoyed them.

So hard to pick only one! But I would have to say after 8 mint is my go to cupcake for sure although, I do have a soft spot for anything with a gooey caramel centre.

& Why

You either love it or hate it but for me it’s a sure winner! With easily eating more than one

How do you like to eat your cupcake

I start with peeling the cupcake wrapper off then find a teaspoon with plunging it right into the centre of the cupcake to make sure I have the perfect ratio of buttercream, gooey centre and cake all in one mouthful.

Where did your passion for baking come from

I always enjoyed watching cooking shows even when I was little & being a foodie it naturally became a hobby for me, where I would enjoying baking up a storm on the weekend.

First thing you ever baked

Triple Chocolate chunk cookies as I love a good biscuit and a cup of tea & I have to say I haven’t stopped making them since.

first I unwrap the cupcake and place it on a plate, cut it in half and admire the cake to filling to icing ratio. then eat it with a fork or use my hands depends on how hungry I am.

My mum, we use to do baking together all the time as a kid.
